Simply select the desired swab from the range (Hygiene, Listeria, Salmonella & Coliforms) swab a 10cm x 10cm surface, incubate at the correct temperature and read the swab for any color change. This color change indicates the presence of the microbe.

Salmonella Transwab

An indicator swab to detect the presence of Salmonella on food production surfaces.

• Medium changes from red to black in the presence of Salmonella
• Result in 24-36 hours

Listeria Transwab

An indicator swab to detect the presence of Listeria on food production surfaces.

• Medium changes from yellow / brown to black in the presence of Listeria spp
