The NRSII Transwab® range offers a new design with swab pre-immersed in buffer solution of your choice, ready-for-use with a self-standing tube and a high visibility blue cap and swab, which is easy to find and retrieve if accidentally dropped.

Returns / Refund Policy
- Notification Period: Customers have 7 days to inform InterMed Medical Ltd of any issues related to received orders.
- Return Procedure: For stock ordered in error, customers should email orders@intermed.co.nz with the reason for the return. Upon review and approval, they will receive a Return Goods Authority (RGA) form to send back with the goods at their expense.
- Restocking Fee: If the return is due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee (capped at $100.00) will be charged for processing the returns, and any freight charges will not be credited.
- Terms and Conditions: These conditions are included in our terms and conditions of sale.
- Condition of Returns: All returns must be sent back to InterMed Medical Ltd to ensure they are unopened and in original condition.
